Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all engagements with The Law Connection, a service of MNM Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By engaging our services or making payment, you (“Client”) agree to these terms in addition to any separately signed service agreement.
1. Services
The Company provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management (Meta and Google), lead generation, marketing consulting, and CRM/intake automation services as described in the signed Service Agreement.
2. Payment
Fees, payment schedule, and term length are set forth in the signed Service Agreement. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as set forth in our Refund Policy. Recurring charges will continue until the engagement is canceled in writing per the cancellation terms below. Charges appear on Client’s card statement as “THE LAW CONNECTION.”
3. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for providing timely access to advertising accounts, brand assets, intake capacity, qualified personnel for lead follow-up, and other materials reasonably necessary to perform the services. Delays caused by Client may affect deliverables and do not reduce fees owed.
4. Results & Performance
Digital advertising results depend on many factors outside the Company’s control, including platform changes, market conditions, ad spend levels, and Client’s own intake and sales process. The Company does not guarantee specific results unless expressly stated in writing in a signed Service Agreement.
5. Performance Guarantees
Any performance guarantees offered (such as a guaranteed number of cases or leads within a specified period) are subject to the Client maintaining agreed-upon ad spend, responding to leads within the contractual response time, completing onboarding requirements, and remaining in good standing for the full guarantee period. The definition of “qualified case” or “qualified lead” is set forth in the signed Service Agreement.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with thirty (30) days’ written notice to info@thelawconnection.group. Fees for the current billing period are not refundable. See Refund Policy for limited exceptions.
7. Chargebacks
Client agrees to contact the Company directly to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first contacting the Company will be contested with documentation of services rendered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid by Client in the preceding thirty (30) days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with the signed Service Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement controls.
