Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Law Connection (a service of MNM Media LLC) provides digital marketing services on a recurring monthly basis under a signed Service Agreement.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel an active engagement with thirty (30) days’ written notice sent to info@thelawconnection.group. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because our services involve immediate work — campaign builds, ad account setup, media planning, creative production, and labor performed at the start of each billing cycle — monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. We may issue a prorated refund at our discretion where services have not yet been delivered for the period in question.

Ad Spend

Funds allocated to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) are paid directly to those platforms and are subject to those platforms’ refund policies, not ours.

Performance Guarantee Refunds

Where a written performance guarantee is offered in the Service Agreement, refund or credit terms are governed exclusively by that Service Agreement. Eligibility requires Client to have met all of their obligations including ad spend levels, intake response times, onboarding completion, and good standing.

Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at info@thelawconnection.group or +1 512-812-7466 before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We respond to all billing inquiries within two (2) business days and work in good faith to resolve issues directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be contested with full documentation.
